General Terms & Conditions

To register as a Member, we may require you to provide us with identification in order to prevent us from fraud theft and money laundering taking place on site. This may include photographic identification and proof of address. We May also undertake our own identity fraud and credit check.

Your membership will be activated on the date you pass the identification check and payment. We may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time provided that we give

We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of house rules.

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process. To register as a Member, you will need to submit Personal information, Username, a password, and valid email address. Personal information and aliases should be kept up to date.

The Username and Password will be allocated to you if you successfully pass our identification checks and member registration. You may need your Username and Password to book rooms on the site and must not disclose to any other person.

If you forget your username or password, you can use the password recovery option or contact support@allnighterstudios.com

Any Members account not accessed in 12 months will be terminated. You may only hold one Member account. If we find out you hold more than one we have the right to suspend both accounts and charge a fine without consent on the registered card.

If your account has been registered on the site by another person you must inform us immediately. You cannot transfer this daily membership to anyone else nor transfer to another date.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, these membership terms and all rules applicable to the use of the site.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to use another person’s identity to create membership or submit through a digital verification process.
• Satirise any other person or entity Deceitfully describe yourself or misrepresent (age and membership credentials). Use or attempt to use another’s account.
• Request members personal information (used on the site) from another person Attempt to use another person’s legal documentation in the fulfilment of creating a new account through verification process.

You agree to undertake:

• That any conditional breach of clause 3 may enforce a fine and termination of membership That you are responsible for the individuals, behaviour and safety who accompany you to the premises and room under reservation. YOU shall not give access to unknown members of the public to studios and premises.
• Any form of gatherings is forbidden on the premises and rooms.
• Not to damage any equipment or property in rooms or premises, failure to do so will result in compensating item at current market price inc Admin fees for restitution. Not to tamper, damage or cover up any fire alarms, fire Doors, or fire safety equipment in premises and studios, failure to do so will resort in compensating damage.
• Not to tamper, damage or cover up any CCTV equipment in premises and studios, failure to do so will resort in compensating damage.
• To ensure there is no smoking or vaping in premises or studio rooms. Failure to do so will result in a fine and termination of Membership.
• To ensure to clear rubbish and materials brought by you into the studio before leaving studio premises, Bins are provided in rooms. Failure to breach cleaning after yourself will result in a fine.
• To ensure you do not unveil door codes to members of the public, please let us know immediately if such codes have been disclosed to any other person.
• To ensure you and all individuals you accompanied are aware of all fire evacuation procedures and fire safety rules available on site.
• To Leave the premises of a studio by the end of apportioned reservation time. Failure to do so will encounter a fine. (5 mins leeway time).
• To immediately report to us any lost, stolen or damaged equipment found by you on the premises or rooms by chat, telephone or email. Failing to do so will encounter a charge to yourself.
• That you are responsible for any equipment you bring onto studio premises. Neither we or the studio shall have any responsibility for damage, theft or loss of your equipment. not to bring equipment or electricals that are electrical worthiness that could cause harm to the studio premises as part of your reservation.
• Not to bring any unlawful equipment or substances on the studio premises such as sharp objects, knives, Guns, Illegal drugs, that would cause harm or instigate fear or harassment.
• To report any suspicious behaviour or mistreatment of studio premises to us and the studio immediately.
• To ensure to not leave any valuables while parking around the premises, Neither we or the studio shall have any responsibility for damage, theft or loss of your valuables. When placing orders on the website for any location, the amount totalled will be the amount debited from the account.

You may only book a room:

• If you are 16 or older.
• If you are under 18 years old you will need permission from your parent/ legal guardian to make a reservation. have set up membership & passed Verification
• To Book a room, we may require you to complete fields with correct credentials, provide us with identification and documentation to prevent fraud and money laundering taking place. ID Required May include Photographic identification and recent address. Our third party provider may undertake further checks.
• All nighter studios may make changes to the terms and conditions regularly, If you are not happy with the changes you must stop using the site or service provided. If you continue to use the services, this will indicate your acceptance of these changes. Room bookings can be made via the website only. It is the members responsibility to make sure the correct room is booked as refunds or room change will not be issued once confirmation is complete.
• All nighter studios is a Cash free business and only will accept payments online through the site by credit or debit card. Payments can only be made by the named cardholder or with permission from the named cardholder.
• When you book a room the page will indicate the full amount which you authorise us to debit from your chosen payment. You further authorise us to take payment to reimburse us in any loss, damage, lability, expenses or cost incurred as a result of your breaching clause 3.
• Payments Can be made for a Booking with a credit from a gift card or credit from cancelled bookings. Gift cards are valid for 12months from the date of purchase. Credit from called bookings expires 12 months from the date of the original reservation booking.

Our acceptance of your Booking will take place when you have paid and have received confirmation of your Order by email. You shall pay the full fee as indicated on making a Booking. Please note we may reject a Booking if we are unable to process it, which could be due to an error on the Site or technical problems, in which case we will inform you, and not charge you and will refund you if your payment has already been made.

You shall be entitled to cancel your membership at any given time.

You may reschedule or cancel Bookings 6 hours before the confirmation, failure to do so will result in no refund. If you cancel the booking 24 hours before the payment will be applied as credit on your Account. Credit cannot be refunded back to your card and will only be valid for 12 months. If you arrive late for your room booking time we will not reschedule the remaining time. In the event we cancel or reschedule your booking, We will contact you via email or phone. We will offer credit to your account for you to make another room booking.

Please note we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to access our All nighter Studios except where they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. If you make a Reservation with the intention of providing tuition or the teaching of minors (persons classed as under the age of 18 years old) you hereby accept and affirm that:

• you adhere to all clauses in clause 3 of the Terms;
• you have a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check;
• you are over 18 years of age;
• any assistants you are working with are over 16 years of age and also carry valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks;
• you have completed a Safeguarding & Child Protection Impact Assessment and have a structured and valid policy;
• you will ensure all minors are supervised at all times during the Reservation and are greeted by you or your validated assistants at the point of entry before the Reservation commences;
• that participants classed as minors are escorted to toilets when required and are supervised on return to the Pirate Studio;
• that participants classed as minors are not permitted to wander the building, car park or any other room alone or in groups containing other minors and are only reunited with a parent, legal guardian at the end of the Reservation at an agreed pick up point on the premise;
• you will explain the emergency evacuation procedures and amenities to all participants and guests prior to the commencement of the Reservation;
• you will carry physically or digitally a copy of all emergency contacts for the participants involved if they are minors;
• you will not produce or shoot any media such as photographs and videos of any participants;
• you will surrender, on-demand, any documentation relating to this Schedule for Pirate Studio to confirm its validity and that you are executing your obligations in accordance with these Terms;
• you hereby accept and affirm that failure to produce these documents on demand may result in your account being suspended.

All nighter studios website provides means by which you can communicate with us. We will communicate via live chat to members and non members for inquiries. We will also correspond to members email address provided on application.

• £70 damage or cover up any fire alarms, fire Doors, or fire safety equipment in premises and studios.
• £70 damage or cover up any CCTV equipment in premises and studios.
• £35 fine for overstaying time in session (leeway period of 5 minutes)
• £70 no smoking or vaping in premises or studio rooms
• £70 For breaching ‘gathering’ restriction.
